We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling. We do not sell or rent your personal data to any third party.

5. Data Retention

We retain contact form enquiries and associated personal data for three (3) years from the date of last communication. This allows us to maintain a record of our business relationships and respond to any follow-up enquiries.

Where we enter into a contract with you, we retain relevant correspondence and project data for seven (7) years from project completion, in line with standard commercial record-keeping requirements in India.

Server log data (IP addresses, browser information) is automatically purged after 30 days.

You may request earlier deletion at any time — see Section 9 (Your Rights).

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for their own marketing or commercial purposes.

We may share data with the following categories of recipients only as necessary:

India does not currently have an EU adequacy decision. For transfers from the EU/UK, we rely on your implicit consent at the time of submitting a contact form as part of a freely initiated commercial enquiry. You may contact us to discuss alternative transfer mechanisms if required.
