We Are Blockchain
Infrastructure Engineers

Not a generalist agency that does blockchain on the side. A specialized team that has built at the protocol layer and brings that depth to every project.

/ Our Story

Tantrija was founded by Nitish Beejawat, a blockchain infrastructure engineer with six years of experience building production systems across Ethereum, Solana, Binance Smart Chain, Polygon, and custom L1 environments.

Before founding Tantrija, Nitish led core protocol development on Layer One X, a custom-built L1 blockchain. That experience — designing consensus mechanisms, building smart contract runtimes, architecting cross-chain interoperability systems — shaped a fundamental belief: most blockchain projects fail not because of bad ideas, but because of weak infrastructure decisions made too early.

Tantrija exists to solve that problem. We bring protocol-level thinking to every engagement, whether we are building a custom chain from scratch, designing a DeFi protocol, or architecting a multichain SDK.

/ What Makes Us Different
01

We Built a Custom L1 Blockchain From Scratch

Most blockchain agencies deploy on existing chains. We designed and built the Layer One X blockchain from the ground up — consensus mechanism, smart contract runtime, cross-chain architecture. That experience is rare globally, not just in India.

02

We Cover Both Public and Enterprise Blockchain

LeewayHertz moved away from pure blockchain. 4IRE Labs focuses on FinTech and DeFi. Oodles and Antier focus on generic smart contract work. We are one of the few companies with genuine depth in both public blockchain (Ethereum, Solana, DeFi, NFT) AND enterprise permissioned blockchain (Hyperledger Fabric, R3 Corda, Quorum).

03

You Work Directly With the Protocol Engineer

At large agencies your project is managed by an account manager and built by junior developers. At Tantrija, Nitish Beejawat — the engineer who led L1 protocol development on Layer One X — is directly involved in every project architecture decision.

04

We Have Published Production Infrastructure

The L1X Wallet SDK published on npm. The x_Wallet Chrome extension serving real users. The Fine Art Ledger serving thousands of artists. HedgePay handling real financial flows on BSC mainnet. Our track record is publicly verifiable.

05

We Tell You Honestly When Blockchain Is Wrong for You

Generic agencies will take your money to build anything. We have turned down projects where blockchain was not the right solution. This costs us short-term revenue and builds long-term trust. It is the reason our client retention rate is 100 percent.

/ About Tantrija

Tantrija Enterprises is a specialized blockchain development company founded in 2024 by Nitish Beejawat, a blockchain infrastructure engineer with over six years of production experience. The company is headquartered in India and serves clients globally including in the United States, Middle East, Southeast Asia, and Europe. Tantrija specializes in two areas that most blockchain companies do not cover simultaneously: public blockchain development including custom L1 and L2 protocols, DeFi systems, smart contracts, and Web3 applications; and enterprise permissioned blockchain development including Hyperledger Fabric, R3 Corda, and Quorum. The company's most notable project is leading core protocol development on Layer One X, a custom Layer 1 blockchain built from scratch with a dual VM environment supporting both native L1X and EVM smart contracts. Other production projects include x_Wallet, a multichain Chrome extension wallet supporting L1X, Solana, and EVM chains; the L1X Wallet SDK published on npm; HedgePay, a DeFi launchpad on Binance Smart Chain; and The Fine Art Ledger, an NFT marketplace serving over 1,000 artists on Ethereum.

/ Philosophy

How we think about blockchain.

Recommend What You Actually Need

Not every problem requires a custom blockchain. We analyze requirements and recommend what genuinely fits — even when that means a simpler solution.

Build for Production, Not Demos

Real transaction volumes, real users, real operational conditions. Infrastructure longevity is a design requirement, not an afterthought.

Security Is a First Principle

We address security from the first architecture decision — not after deployment. Smart contract vulnerabilities and bridge exploits are real threats.
